Features of Aluminum Oxide Ceramic Nuts :
1.Good self-lubricity
Hgih alumina ceramics have the properties of self-lubricity and inadhesion, the roughness is only 1/6 that of steel pipes thus less flow resistance.
2.Corrosion resistance
High alumina ceramics are inorganic oxides with extremely stable molecular structure and no electrochemical corrosion, thus they can resist erosion of acid, alkali, salt solutions and organic solvents.
Aluminum Oxide Ceramic Nuts is available with a purity of up to 99,6%.
It is a polycrystalline material with a grain size of 1 to 5 microns,an average density of 3,95 g/cm³ and a hardness of about 2000 Vickers.
Aluminum Oxide Ceramic Nuts’ excellent thermal conductivity and thermal shock resistance make it a preferred material for applications requiring efficient heat dissipation and resistance to thermal stress.
Properties of Alumina/Aluminum Oxide (Al2O3):
