Silicon Carbide Sandwich Board
Silicon carbide sandwich board: It is a composite new product. It is made by composite molding of silicon carbide, alumina and zirconia. It is then sintered at high temperature.
Features of silicon carbide sandwich board:
(1) The product is resistant to deformation at high temperatures. Long-term use does not need to turn over, significantly improving the firing quality of ceramic products. It also reduces the labor intensity of operators.
(2) The surface of the shed plate is smooth. There is no slag falling during use, and the service life is long. It is more than 3 times the normal service life of similar silicon carbide shed panels in China.
(3) Good resistance to rapid cold and heat. The lifting temperature per hour does not exceed 300 °C, preventing cracking.
